The staff were helpful, making my stay hassle-free, which is essential for work-related trips. The room, though small, had essential amenities and a comfortable workspace. The hotel features a gym—perfect for some post-work exercise—and a lounge bar ideal for informal meetings. Wi-Fi access was reliable, making it easy to stay connected while I tackled emails. With a restaurant on-site offering a decent breakfast until 11 a.m., I appreciated the flexibility during my busy mornings. Location-wise, it’s close to the business district and local eateries, providing convenience. The Kreuz Bern offers the right balance of comfort and functionality for professionals seeking a productive stay in Bern.
